Installation Guide 

You don't need to delete previous versions of Trimble Connect before installing either a new Trimble Connect or an update of an already-installed version of Trimble Connect.

To install Trimble Connect for Windows

1. Download Trimble Connect for Windows from the Trimble Connect App Store.

2. Locate and double-click on the Installer file (probably in your Downloads folder).
   This will open the Install Wizard.

3. First install the required plugins
   These are used in order to read various files types while using Trimble Connect for Windows. 

4. Once the plugins are installed, the Trimble Connect for Windows installation will start.

5. Next you will be asked to accept the license agreement.

6. Next you can decide to install Trimble Connect for Windows to a non default location
   (C:\Program Files\Trimble\Trimble Connect\).

7. You will then be asked which files should automatically be opened in Trimble Connect

8. Trimble Connect for Windows will then be installed.
