About Adding Folders (Locally)
Local Folders
Folders added to your project locally will not exist on the server until you have chosen to upload them.
If no folder is selected, the folder will be added to the root level of the project.
If a folder is selected, the new folder will be added inside the selected folder.

You do not have permissions to create a folder inside the selected folder.
The folder name you have chosen contains a character that is not allowed.
