New: You can download and save any project file locally into the Windows file system.
To save a file to your computer
Open your project in Trimble Connect for Windows.
Select the desired file.
Right click on the file to open the context menu.
Click Save as…
Browse to find and select where you want to save the file to.
Click Save.

New: You can download and save any model file locally into the Windows file system as a TrimBIM file.
To save a model as TrimBIM
Open your project in Trimble Connect for Windows.
Select the desired file.
Right click on the file to open the context menu.
Click Save as TrimBIM…
Browse to find and select where you want to save the file to.
Click Save.
